We're seeking a Dev Ops Engineer to join a major digital transformation programme, helping to build, automate and support modern cloud-based development environments.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, working with modern cloud technologies and making a tangible impact on software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain and optimise CI/CD pipelines
- Configure and support tools including Git Lab, Jenkins and Sonar Qube
- Automate build, test and deployment processes
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Cloud Formation or AWS CDK
- Support cloud-based environments across modern platforms
- Create and maintain automated integrations between systems and APIs
- Build and manage containerised environments using Docker and Kubernetes/Open Shift
- Work closely with development teams to improve delivery speed, quality and reliability
- Champion Dev Ops best practice and continuous improvement
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience within a Dev Ops, Platform Engineering or Cloud Engineering role
- Strong understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
- Experience with Git Lab, Jenkins or similar automation tools
- Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform, Cloud Formation or AWS CDK
- Experience with Docker and containerised applications
- Exposure to Kubernetes or Open Shift
- Experience working with AWS, Azure or other cloud platforms
- Scripting experience using Python, Bash, Power Shell, Type Script or Node. xgikmsk js

- Must hold/be eligible for SC clerance
