We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the delivery of digital products and service improvements across major Policy Reform programmes.

Working within Agile, multidisciplinary teams, you will translate policy objectives into user-centred digital services, define MVPs, shape product roadmaps, and drive delivery from discovery through to live service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define product vision, MVPs, roadmaps, and priorities.
  • Translate complex policy requirements into effective digital services.
  • Use user research, operational insight, and performance data to inform decisions.
  • Collaborate with User Researchers, Business Analysts, Performance Analysts, and delivery teams.
  • Ensure services meet GDS standards, accessibility requirements, and user needs.
  • Manage stakeholders across policy, operations, digital, and technology teams.

Essential Experience

  • Product Management experience within Government or large-scale digital transformation programmes.
  • Strong knowledge of GDS standards, service assessments, and user-centred design.
  • Experience defining MVPs, roadmaps, and product priorities.
  • Experience working within Agile multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to turn complex policy requirements into successful digital services.

Desirable

  • Central Government experience.
  • Experience delivering policy-led digital services.
  • Experience managing multiple products or reform initiatives simultaneously.
