Job Description:
Role Overview
We are looking for User Researcher to support multidisciplinary Agile teams in understanding user needs and improving digital services. You will assist in planning and conducting research, analysing findings, and helping teams make evidence-based, user-centred decisions. Experience working within a data-focused environment would be advantageous.
