Business Change Lead / Manager £520 per/day Inside IR35 | Hybrid 3 days per week in Exeter | 6 Months We're seeking an experienced Business Change Lead to support a major IT and business transformation programme. You'll be responsible for driving adoption, business readiness, and stakeholder engagement across multiple workstreams. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end business change activities across technology and process transformation initiatives. Conduct change impact assessments and define mitigation strategies. Develop and deliver business readiness, communications, and engagement plans. Manage stakeholder relationships up to Executive level.
