We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect with strong ServiceNow AI, ITSM and CSM experience to support the delivery and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions within a secure public sector environment.
The successful candidate will help implement and expand ServiceNow AI capabilities across the platform.
Must hold OR be eligible for UK Security Clearance.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical architecture and design across ServiceNow platform initiatives.
- Define platform standards, governance frameworks and architectural guardrails.
- Support deployment of Now Assist and Virtual Agent solutions.
- Configure AI-powered workflows and automation.
- Assist with implementation of AI Control Tower capabilities.
- Build and optimise integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms.
- Implement and configure ServiceNow AI capabilities across the platform.
- Support platform governance and AI compliance requirements.
Essential Experiene
- Experience delivering ServiceNow solutions within Public Sector environments.
- Hands-on expertise across ITSM and CSM modules.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
- Experience supporting or implmenting ServiceNow AI, Now Assist. Virtual Agents.
- Experience architecting enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- Experience defining governance models and technical standards.
