Power BI | Data Analyst | Hybrid Working | London | OUTSIDE IR35 | Day Rate Negotiable
We’re partnering with an innovative, customer-focused organisation seeking a Data Analyst to help turn data into meaningful business insight. Working across Sales, Customer Success, Product and Leadership teams, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality reporting, dashboards and analysis that support smarter decision-making and drive commercial performance.
This organisation leverages Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) as its CRM platform, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customer, sales and operational data to generate actionable insights.
The Role
You’ll own the development and maintenance of reporting solutions, ensuring stakeholders have access to accurate, timely and insightful data.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building, maintaining and enhancing dashboards and reports using Domo, Power BI or similar BI tools
- Developing reporting standards and best practices across the business
- Working closely with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Analysing customer, sales and operational data from D365 CE and other business systems
- Monitoring data quality and investigating discrepancies
- Supporting ad-hoc analysis requests and business performance reporting
- Translating business questions into clear, meaningful data outputs
- Helping improve visibility of key commercial and operational metrics across the organisation
What We're Looking For
- Experience in Data Analysis, Reporting or Business Intelligence
- Strong experience with Power BI, Domo or similar reporting platforms
- Ability to build dashboards, create reports and communicate insights to business stakeholders
- Experience preparing, cleansing and validating data
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of customer-focused business metrics
