Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and interpret data from multiple sources to support business and operational objectives.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and visualisations to communicate key performance metrics.
- Perform data quality assessments, validation and cleansing activities.
- Identify trends, patterns and opportunities through quantitative analysis.
- Work with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and business KPIs.
- Support data migration, transformation and reconciliation activities where required.
- Write and optimise SQL queries to extract, manipulate and analyse large datasets.
- Produce clear documentation, data dictionaries and analytical reports.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers and Data Engineers within Agile delivery teams.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience as a Data Analyst.
- Advanced SQL skills with experience querying large databases.
- Experience using data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker.
- Strong data analysis and reporting capability.
- Experience with data cleansing, validation and reconciliation.
- Ability to translate business requirements into meaningful analytical outputs.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and data modelling
