Due to continued growth and increasing demand for HaloITSM expertise, they're looking to add an experienced HaloITSM Consultant to their expanding professional services team. The Opportunity This is a client-facing consultancy role where you'll take ownership of the full project lifecycle, from discovery and solution design through to configuration, testing, deployment and continual improvement. Working closely with customers, project teams and internal specialists, you'll design and deliver scalable HaloITSM solutions that improve operational efficiency, reporting and user experience. You'll be joining an established team of Halo specialists and will play a key role in delivering successful HaloITSM implementation and optimisation projects across a diverse client base.
