Guildford – hybrid, 3 days per week in the office
I’m working with a growing business looking to appoint a Marketing Manager to take ownership of its day-to-day marketing activity while helping shape the wider marketing strategy.
This is a brilliant opportunity for somebody who enjoys having real ownership. You’ll be given the freedom to bring ideas to the table, decide what needs to happen and then make it happen.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Developing and delivering B2B marketing plans
- Creating and managing lead generation campaigns
- Working closely with Sales to support pipeline and commercial objectives
- Managing campaigns across email, content, social, paid advertising and events
- Owning website content, SEO and digital performance
- Managing external agencies and suppliers
- Creating content, case studies, landing pages and sales collateral
- Planning customer events, webinars and industry events
- Reporting on marketing performance and identifying where investment should be focused
What we’re looking for:
- Strong lead generation and campaign management experience
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
- Experience across digital marketing, email, social, websites and SEO
- Commercial mindset and the ability to work closely with Sales
- Experience within technology, ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, Business Central or the wider Microsoft ecosystem would be particularly useful, although it isn’t essential.
