Retention and engagement are already operating at exceptional levels. The challenge now is scale. Understanding what drives adoption across enterprise customers, removing friction from onboarding, increasing usage, and building the mechanisms that turn successful deployments into company-wide rollouts.
You'll own the journey from user activation through to account expansion, leveraging deep analytical capability and a hands-on approach to experimentation. This is a role for someone who can write production-grade SQL, navigate data warehouses independently, build in dbt, work within modern BI platforms and turn insights into action.
You'll be responsible for understanding usage patterns that directly impact revenue, designing experiments, defining telemetry requirements, uncovering growth opportunities and building solutions that move the needle.
The environment is fast paced, highly ambitious and built around exceptionally talented individuals. You'll work closely with founding leadership, make autonomous decisions and have genuine ownership from day one.
The role offers up to £180k salary, equity andworking directly alongside the founders in a highly visible position with significant impact on company growth.
