We're partnering with a fast-growing infrastructure business that is playing a key role in accelerating the UK's journey to net zero. With a proven track record of delivering large-scale utility, energy and infrastructure projects, they are helping to build the charging network that will power the next generation of electric vehicles. Due to continued growth and project wins, they are now looking for Electricians to join their expanding EV team.
The Opportunity:
As an Electrician, you'll be responsible for the installation, testing and commissioning of EV charging infrastructure across a range of domestic, commercial and industrial environments. This is a field-based position supporting projects across the UK, giving you the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology while developing your career within one of the fastest-growing sectors in the industry.
What We're Looking For:
- NVQ Level 3 Electrotechnical Qualification or Approved Apprenticeship
- Previous commercial or industrial electrical experience
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)
- JIB/CSCS Gold Card
- Full UK Driving License
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Install EV charging stations across domestic, commercial and industrial sites
- Test and commission installations to the highest industry standards
- Complete NICEIC certification and maintain accurate installation records
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
- Work closely with supervisors, project managers and wider installation teams
- Support successful project delivery across multiple UK locations
