We're looking for an experienced Butcher / Prep Chef to join our growing production team.

The Role

This is a hands‑on position where you'll play a key role in preparing premium meat and fish products to the highest standards for our luxury clientele.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Butchering and preparing premium cuts of beef, lamb and pork
  • Fish preparation
  • Vacuum packing and labelling products
  • Managing stock levels and inventory
  • Maintaining exceptional quality standards at every stage of production
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and food‑safe working environment
  • Working closely with our operations and warehouse teams to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time

You’ll ideally have

  • At least 4 years' experience in a professional butchery or high‑end kitchen environment
  • Strong butchery skills across beef, lamb and pork
  • Experience preparing fish
  • Experience working in hotels, luxury hospitality or fine dining
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organisation and stock management skills
  • A proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
  • Flexibility to spend several weeks or months working from our Paris, France operation during peak seasonal periods.
