The role involves travel to Suffolk, Essex, Norfolk and Nottingham as needed, delivering 1st and 2nd line support both on-site and remotely, and maintaining the ITSM workflow to drive outages to resolution.
You will work closely with the Service Desk, Infrastructure Team and third-party providers to maintain an secure, modern IT environment.
