This fantastic opportunity is an opportunity to secure a trainee paraplanner position, where you can learn and gain fantastic new skills. Initially offered as a 12 month contract, this client has a great track record of keeping individuals who have been placed on contracts.

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Junior Paraplanner to join our clients financial services team. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within the financial planning sector, supporting senior advisers with report writing, analysis, and client documentation.
The successful candidate will possess strong organisational and communication skills, with a keen interest in financial planning and have come from a previous IFA background, within an administration function.
Responsibilities- Assist in preparing comprehensive financial reports and documentation for clients
- Undertaking report writing
- Conduct analysis of client financial data
- Support senior paraplanners and advisers with administrative tasks and client correspondence
- Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Organise client files and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Contribute to the preparation of meeting agendas and follow-up documentation
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to client queries professionally and promptly
- Support the team in maintaining organisational efficiency through effective time management and administrative skills
- Previous administrative experience in an IFA administration position is essential, we also welcome individuals who have been in paraplanning before
- Familiarity with report writing and analysis skills is advantageous but not essential
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential
- Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Any CII/Diploma qualifications will strengthen your application but are not essential
