We are seeking a highly organised Senior Pensions Administrator to join our clients award winning professional team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong SIPP & pension background to join a business that is well respected. The ideal candidate will possess excellent computer literacy, organisational abilities, and a proactive approach to managing administrative tasks efficiently. Experience in SIPP Pensions is essential.
Duties:
- Creation and maintenance of data for all new and existing SIPP clients
- Transfers in and out of SIPP accounts in a timely manner
- Creation and maintenance of all clients in drawdown
- Authorise journals and quality check Administrators output
- Respond to Pension related queries in a timely manner
- Providing support to Wealth Planning and Investment Managers on all aspects of Pension administration
- Dealing with some of the more complicated Pension transfer cases to ensure they are correctly processed
- Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring positive client experiences
- Be a senior in the team, and showing a great example for new recruits
Experience:
- Proven office experience with a strong background in SIPP Pensions
- Demonstrable clerical experience with data entry and document management
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong typing skills for efficient document preparation and correspondence
- Good phone etiquette and communication skills for liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams
