This particular position will be working in an operations focused position, where you will work alongside an experienced team to provide timely solutions to customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Control, plan and monitor the export load.
- Deliver quality service to the customer and cost-effective utilization of the approved depot port and terminal vendors through effective communication, co-ordination and management.
- Provide weekly overdue list of asset type status reports to functionally accountable department for their action and follow up of any inventory integrity issues.
- Follow up on any root cause creating service issues with customers or queries within terminal control.
- Ensure ISO/QA adherence when managing documentation and authorization MDC job order creation.
