We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our clients team - we are keen to hear from anyone who is a recent graduate OR has logistics administration experience.

Role

  • Liaise effectively with nominated customers to ensure all requirements are met in line with their SOPs, capturing all details accurately and on time in accordance with internal procedures.
  • Update SOPs and internal operating procedures whenever service changes occur.
  • Attend customer meetings when required and maintain a high standard of service and relationship management.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to queries from internal colleagues, customs, and customers.

Requirements

  • Ideally, experience within logistics, supply chain, or working knowledge of UK customs regulations. However, full training will be provided for less experienced candidates.
  • Strong customer service skills and a proactive, helpful attitude.
  • Good IT skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
  • Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
