Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of North Northamptonshire Council for Refuse & Recycling Loaders to join their busy Waste Services teams. This is an on-call role across Wellingborough, Kettering or Chelveston depots, with shifts booked daily as required, typically 37 hours per week and early start times.
You will collect waste and recycling from households and businesses, assist with missed collections, support drivers, and help keep vehicles clean and well-maintained.
