We are looking for a Payroll Pensions Trainee to join our friendly and professional Payroll Pensions team. Key Responsibilities
- Support our team of specialists to deliver the portfolio of end-to-end monthly payrolls
- Complete payroll processes accurately and within agreed timescales
- Administer pension processes including Auto Enrolment, AVCs, Local Government and Teacher Pension Schemes
- Process pension joiners, leavers, transfers, retirements, and in-service changes
- Reconcile payroll and pension data and produce accurate reports
- Liaise with pension providers, finance teams, and other stakeholders
- Support investigations into and resolve payroll and pension queries in a timely and professional manner
- Support the administration aspect of audits
