About the Role: Based in Endeavour House, Ipswich, IP1 2BX you will be working 35 hours a week 1 from 5:40am - 1:10pm and week 2 from 12:30pm - 8pm Monday to Friday. You'll play a key role in providing high-quality cleaning services to ensure our clients' environments are spotless, safe, and welcoming.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Clean restrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Report larger maintenance issues to supervisors or contractors.
- Monitor building systems (heating, cooling, lighting) and ensure proper functioning.
- Lock and unlock buildings, rooms, and facilities as scheduled.
- Ensure entrances, exits, and emergency routes remain clear.
