Vertas is seeking a Head of Kitchen (Primary School) for William Lilley Infant & Nursery, NG9 7FS.

The role runs 7:30am–1:30pm, Monday to Friday, 25 hours per week across 39.2 weeks per year, leading the day-to-day operation of the kitchen and delivering high quality school meals.

You will manage stock, supervise kitchen colleagues, monitor food safety and HSE requirements, maintain records, and ensure cleanliness.
