Social Worker - Learning Disabilities Team Location- West Midlands Duration - 12 weeks Hours per week- 37 hours Hybrid Working Pay Rate- 28.40We are seeking an experienced and passionate Social Worker to join a dedicated Learning Disabilities Team in the West Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact, supporting adults with learning disabilities to achieve their goals, maximise their independence, and live safe, fulfilling lives within their communities. The Role As a Social Worker within the Learning Disabilities Team, you will manage a varied caseload and work closely with individuals, families, carers, health professionals, and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
