Position Details:
- Job Title: Social Worker – Case Management
- Duration: 3 Months
- Hours per week: 37
- Hourly Rate: £28.55 – £33.30
- Location: Shire Hall
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (office twice a month, team meetings monthly)
Responsibilities:
- Manage caseloads involving families under CIN/CPP/PLO/Proceedings and SO.
- Conduct visits to families.
- Hold core group meetings.
- Write court reports.
Candidate Requirements:
Must have at least 3 years of social work experience and a passion for making a difference.
