Are you passionate about food, teamwork, and delivering exceptional service? Vertas is looking for a dedicated Catering Manager to join our Catering team.

About the Role: Based at Saputo Nuneaton, Bermuda Park, Nuneaton, Warwickshire, CV10 7RG you will be working 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday from 7:30am - 3pm. You'll play a key role in ensuring the delivery of nutritious meals and compliance with food safety standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating regularly with customers and clients to ensure a high level of service is being received.
  • Supervision of the canteen including monitoring hygiene standards, staff training and all day-to-day operations of the kitchen and front of house.
  • Undertake and lead a team in the preparation, cooking and service of food.
  • Administrative work, including placing orders, stock control and monitoring of food budgets.
  • Checking and recording condition of all food/non-food deliveries and taking any necessary action required.
  • To take responsibility for the standards of cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen premises and equipment whilst maintaining sufficient stock levels of cleaning materials.
