About the Role:
Based across Nottinghamshire, you will be working 7:30am to 1:30pm, Monday to Friday, 30 hours per week, 39.2 weeks per year. As a Mobile Head of Kitchen, you will support multiple catering sites, leading kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of high quality food and service standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving nutritious meals in line with menu specifications.
- Managing day to day kitchen operations across multiple sites.
- Supervising and supporting catering colleagues.
- Monitoring food safety, hygiene and Health and Safety requirements.
- Managing stock levels, ordering supplies and minimising waste.
- Maintaining accurate records in line with company procedures.
- Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and food quality.
- Providing support and cover where required across the catering operation.
