This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and hands-on individual who enjoys working across multiple locations.### Areas Covered This roles will involve travel across key locations including:* **Chesterfield Landscape Depot** (covering Chesterfield, Clay Cross & Bolsover)* **Alfreton Area (DE55)*** **Matlock & surrounding areas*** **Glossop & Buxton areas*** **Wider Derbyshire sites**---### Key Responsibilities* General caretaking and site maintenance* Opening and securing buildings* Carrying out basic repairs and maintenance tasks* Conducting health & safety checks* Supporting multiple sites as required---### Requirements* Full UK driving licence (essential) and own vehicle* Previous caretaking, maintenance or facilities experience* Ability to travel between sites* Good organisational and time management skills---### All offers will be subject to satisfactory compliance screening, including right to work in the UK and references.
