About the Role: Based at Holly Primary School, NG19 0NT, you will be working 28.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 13:30, term time only, 39.2 weeks per year. You will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of nutritious meals and compliance with food safety standards within a busy kitchen producing approximately 130 lunches per day using a hot trolley service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the day to day running of the school kitchen
  • Prepare and serve meals to pupils and staff
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Order stock and manage budgets effectively
  • Supervise and support kitchen staff
