Vertas is looking for a dedicated Cleaner in Charge to join our Facilities Team.

About the Role
Based at Mansfield Bus Station, NG18 1SU, you will be working 25 hours a week, Friday 4:00pm to 12:10am, Saturday 2:30pm to 12:10am and Sunday 2:30pm to 11:10pm, 52 weeks per year.
You'll play a key role in maintaining cleanliness standards whilst leading the day to day cleaning operation on site.
Responsibilities
- Supervising and supporting cleaning colleagues
- Allocating cleaning duties and monitoring standards
- Cleaning toilets and washrooms
- Wiping down surfaces and touch points
- Hoovering, sweeping and mopping floors
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure cleaning standards are maintained
- Ensuring all Health and Safety procedures are followed
- Reporting cleaning supply requirements and site issues

- Previous cleaning experience is essential
- Supervisory or team leader experience is desirable
- Great communication skills and experience in a similar cleaning setting
