We are looking for a Payroll & Pensions Trainee to join our friendly and professional Payroll & Pensions team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience in delivering accurate, compliant, and high-quality payroll and pension services to our customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Support our team of specialists to deliver the portfolio of end-to-end monthly payrolls
  • Complete payroll processes accurately and within agreed timescales
  • Administer pension processes including Auto Enrolment, AVCs, Local Government and Teacher Pension Schemes
  • Process pension joiners, leavers, transfers, retirements, and in-service changes
  • Reconcile payroll and pension data and produce accurate reports
  • Liaise with pension providers, finance teams, and other stakeholders
  • Support investigations into and resolve payroll and pension queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Support the administration aspect of audits
