We are seeking a graduate-level or experienced individual on a 12‑month maternity cover contract. This role is ideal for individuals with a mathematical or economics background who enjoy working with data, problem‑solving, and applying analytical skills in a financial environment. It would also suit those with a financial services background. This team plays a crucial role in monitoring and controlling the firm’s day‑to‑day activities.
You will be responsible for calculating and applying management fees to client accounts on a quarterly basis, while also supporting colleagues with fee‑related queries and operational tasks.
Key Accountabilities- Enter and maintain client data within the Fee Management system
- Create and update fee rate structures
- Manage and process quarterly onshore and offshore fees
- Implement fee rate amendments accurately and efficiently
- Provide support to Investment Managers and colleagues on fee‑related queries
- Contribute to other Middle Office functions as required
- Analytical Thinking: Strong numerical and problem‑solving skills; comfortable working with complex data sets
- Getting Things Done: Delivers on agreed objectives promptly; prioritises workload; remains professional under pressure
- Communication & Knowledge Sharing: Clear, confident communication; maintains accurate records; embraces new technology

- Recent graduate in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or related discipline would be advantageous
