Opus People Solutions are seeking an In-house Recruiter to join our RPO team recruiting for roles within the Vertas Group on a temporary basis, with the potential to transition into a permanent position.

We're looking for a driven and experienced In-house Recruiter to lead recruitment activity, build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, and utilise a range of recruitment tools and platforms to attract high quality talent. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of permanent recruitment processes and the relationship building skills needed to meet our clients' staffing requirements.
What will your day-to-day look like?You will support the full recruitment lifecycle for high volume, permanent blue collar roles. This includes advertising vacancies, talent pooling, screening candidates, arranging interviews, and managing offers. A key part of the role is developing proactive, trusted relationships with hiring managers - understanding their needs, market trends, geographical challenges, and ensuring we consistently secure the best talent.
What skills do we require?- Proven experience in an in-house, high volume recruitment role (ideally within Facilities Management or Blue Collar)
- Strong motivation and passion for recruitment and people
- A mindset for process improvement and innovative thinking
- Ability to work independently under pressure, managing a varied workload in line with business needs
- Excellent organisational and customer service skills
- Flexibility to travel between client sites as required; a driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential
