Are you passionate about caretaking, teamwork, and delivering exceptional service? Vertas is looking for a dedicated Mobile Caretaker to join our Facilities Team.
About the Role:
Based in the Ilkeston and Long Eaton area, this role is offered on a zero-hours contract to cover annual leave and sickness. Working hours would typically be 7:00am-10:00am and 3:00pm-6:30pm. Travel time from home to site and back will be paid, along with mileage expenses.
You'll play a key role in providing high-quality cleaning services to ensure our clients' environments are spotless, safe, and welcoming, as well as high-quality caretaking services to oversee light maintenance and cleanliness.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs.
- Carrying out and recording basic checks and maintaining Health and Safety records.
- Monitoring site stocks and undertaking cleaning duties.
- Demonstrating Health and Safety awareness and having a willingness to attend training courses including Health and Safety (all training will be provided).
