Opus People Solutions is recruiting an experienced Estates Surveyor for a Local Authority on a 3-month contract with potential extension.
The role covers estate and asset management across a mixed property portfolio, with landlord and tenant matters, valuations, acquisitions, disposals, lettings and general estates work.
Hybrid working is available, with office attendance required as needed; some weeks in the office and some weeks remote, plus occasional site visits around Kidderminster.
