Are you passionate about caretaking, teamwork, and delivering exceptional service? Vertas is looking for a dedicated Mobile Caretaker to join our Facilities Team.

About the Role: Based in the Chesterfield, Clay Cross and the Bolsover areas you will be working 20 hours a week (shifts are between the hours of 7am-7pm Monday to Friday, with overtime available). You'll play a key role in providing high-quality caretaking services to oversee maintenance and cleanliness.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs.
- Making sure that heating, lighting and alarm systems are working properly.
- Carrying out and recording basic checks and maintaining Health and Safety records.
- Monitoring site stocks and undertaking cleaning duties.
- Demonstrating Health and Safety awareness and have a willingness to attend training courses including Health and Safety (all training will be provided).
