Leasehold Officer in Essex

Location: Essex (Hybrid with site visits required) Rate: £25 per hour Contract: 6-12 Month Temporary Assignment We are currently seeking an experienced Leasehold Officer for a 6-12 month contract with a local authority in Essex. This is an excellent opportunity for a knowledgeable housing professional who has substantial end-to-end leasehold management experience and can hit the ground running. Please note: Proven experience of preparing and issuing Section 20 Notices is absolutely essential for this role. Candidates with theoretical knowledge only will not be considered. As this position requires attendance at property visits and inspections, applicants must be based within a reasonable commuting distance of Esses with a full and clean drivers license and own vehichle= Key Responsibilities Prepare and issue Section 20 Notices in full compliance with current legislation and consultation requirements.
