Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of North Northamptonshire Council for experienced Electricians to join their Housing Services team carrying out essential electrical works across social housing properties throughout the North Northamptonshire area. This is a varied field-based role working within both occupied and void properties, carrying out electrical maintenance, repair, and installation work across a range of settings as well as testing and inspection. The majority of work will be based across Corby and Kettering.
As an Electrician, your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out electrical remedial works within occupied and void social housing properties
- Undertaking testing and inspection activities to ensure compliance and safety standards are met
- Completing rewiring works where required
- Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults efficiently
- Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards
