Deputy Manager - Children's Residential HomeLocation: Nottingham | Salary: £31,600 - £32,800 per annum PLUS additional sleep in payment.Hours: 39 per weeks Required: Full UK Driving License We're looking for a passionate and experienced Deputy Manager to join our clients team supporting the Home Manager in delivering high-quality, therapeutic care for children and young people.   • 3+ years' experience in a children's residential setting
  • NVQ Level 3 in children's residential workforce
  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted standards & safeguarding
  • Experience managing budgets and rotas
  • Willingness to work shifts and sleep-ins
  • Full UK driving licence
