Opus People Solutions are recruiting for experienced Multi Trade Operatives on behalf of North Northamptonshire Council to support with social housing maintenance and repairs on occupied and void properties in Northamptonshire.
You'll be working for a highly respected local authority carrying out a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks. If you consider yourself reliable, enjoy delivering great quality service to a high quality standard and are skilled across multiple trades, this role may be the perfect fit!
- Strong multiskilled capability across a range of trade tasks: Carpentry, Plumbing, Tiling, Plastering, Bricklaying, Fencing, Flooring, Groundworks.
Essential experience working in occupied social housing (3 years preferred). Must be local to the area - company vehicle is provided strictly for work use (vehicles are tracked for lone working/H&S purposes as well as to prevent misuse of company property).
Reactive responsive service: Emergency callouts: Over 8,000-property and garage stock.
