Job Description

Job Title: Childrens Senior Support WorkerLocation: SudburySalary: £32,203 – £33,420 per annumHours: 39/week (long days + sleep-ins)Driving: Full UK Driving Licence requiredRole Summary:We are seeking an experienced children's support worker and help support children with emotional and behavioural difficulties in a nurturing, family-style home.What You'll Do:

    • Support young people's development in a safe, therapeutic environment
    • Lead and mentor a care team alongside external professionals
    • Maintain records, write care plans, and observe progress
    • Act as a positive role model to promote recovery and growth

What You Need:

    • Minimum 12 months' experience in a children's residential setting
    • Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification
    • Full UK Driving License
    • Flexibility for shift work and sleep-ins
    • Strong communication and resilience
