Lead strategic school improvement, education quality assurance, and organisational effectiveness programmes across a portfolio of education settings.
Provide expert challenge, support, and advisory services to senior leaders, governing bodies, and stakeholders to drive measurable improvements in educational outcomes, leadership effectiveness, inclusion, and attendance.
Draw on data analysis, policy expertise, and sector best practice to identify priorities, implement improvement strategies, and accelerate organisational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to executive leaders, providing strategic guidance on education improvement, performance, governance, inspection readiness, and organisational effectiveness.
