Opus people solutions on behalf of Cambridge County Council have an exciting opportunity for a Team Manager to join their Assessment team. Length of assignment: Initialy 3 Months Hours per week: 37 Hourly rate: £46 Location: Cambridge and Huntingdon Remote/Office based: twice a week in the office To review all cases from Mash where level 3 threshold has been determined. To assign cases to social workers with management oversight and decision. To review cases allocated within 10 days of allocation and to provide supervision to workers to ensure that the work is being undertaken in accordance with the protocol. To provide response to complaints received in relation to work undertaken in the team. To support the Service Manager and Head of Service with leading the workforce and driving practice forward. To work with colleagues and support other Team Managers in the different districts and to undertake strategy discussions and meetings where this is proportionate.If you thrive to make a difference and have 3 years Social worker experience and this is the role for you, then we would love to hear from you
