Opus People Solutions on behalf of our client in the east of England have an exciting opportunity for a Resolution and Tribunal Officer to join their team.

Job Title: Resolution and Tribunal officer

Length of assignment: 5 Months

Hours per week: 37

Daily rate: £400-£420

Location: East of England

Remote/Office based: Fully remote working

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee appeal to First-tier tribunal ensuring timely responses and compliance.
  • Facilitate mediations to resolve disputes where possible.
  • Represent the LA in tribunal hearings.
  • Work closely with parents/carers/young people legal teams, advocates, and educational settings.
  • Keeping accurate records.
