Job Title: Resolution and Tribunal officer
Length of assignment: 5 Months
Hours per week: 37
Daily rate: £400-£420
Location: East of England
Remote/Office based: Fully remote working
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee appeal to First-tier tribunal ensuring timely responses and compliance.
- Facilitate mediations to resolve disputes where possible.
- Represent the LA in tribunal hearings.
- Work closely with parents/carers/young people legal teams, advocates, and educational settings.
- Keeping accurate records.
