Job Title: Kinship Social Worker

Hourly Rate: £35

Work Pattern: Hybrid – High percentage of the work is taken remotely

Key Requirements

• To undertake Initial Viability Assessments (IVAs) and full Kinship fostering and SGO assessments
• To supervise temporarily approved Kinship foster carers
• To undertake duty sessions periodically
• To work alongside colleagues in the Kinship Assessment Team to support and represent the work of the team to other NCT colleagues and other professionals

Skills & Experience

• A qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
• Committed to supporting children, young people and their families and has the resilience to go that extra mile to ensure they achieve their potential.
• UK driving license
• 3 Years post qualifying experience
• Experience undertaking Viability and SGO assessments
