Key Requirements
Regular supervision sessions with carers to address ongoing issues, review placements, and provide emotional/therapeutic support.
Acting as a point of contact for foster carers when they need assistance or advice.
Checking that foster carers meet National Minimum Standards and Fostering Regulations.
Maintaining necessary paperwork, safe care plans, risk assessments, learning & development plans.
Identifying gaps in foster carers\' skills or knowledge and putting together training or development plans.
Helping carers with safe care planning, risk assessments.Skills & Experience
A qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
UK driving license
3 Years post qualifying experience
