The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.

In this role you will manage and deliver high quality housing projects and a small number of commercial or corporate property projects. The local authority client is looking for an experienced project manager to deliver multiple affordable homes on a range of local sites. The sites are owned by the council, funding is in place, and they are ready for development. You will have the support of an excellent driven and well-motivated team around you to help achieve these objectives.

You will be able to demonstrate you ensure quality, cost, and time objectives are met on your projects and that you have an excellent understanding and wide experience of project procedures and governance within the public sector in construction and property projects and specifically in the delivery of affordable homes. You will motivate the project team, drive project performance, take responsibility for the coordination of internal and external stakeholders, appoint and manage external contractors/consultants and report on progress throughout the project.

You will be able to demonstrate an understanding of large and complex construction projects and have a professional qualification as a chartered surveyor or equivalent.
