Opus People Solutions on behalf of our client in the East of England have an exciting opportunity a Resolution and Tribunal Officer to join their team. Job Title: Resolution and Tribunal officer Length of assignment: 5 Months Hours per week: 37 Daily rate: £400-£420 Location: East of England Remote/Office based: Fully remote working Manage and oversee appeal to First-tier tribunal ensuring timely responses and compliance. Facilitate mediations to resolve disputes where possible. Represent the LA in tribunal hearings. Work closely with parents/carers/young people legal teams, advocates, and educational settings.
