Role Overview: Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of Redditch Borough Council for an Administration Officer to support the Housing Property Service Training Managers with sourcing third-party trainers to deliver on-site Health & Safety training (e.g. Asbestos Awareness, Digger training).
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with Training Managers to understand training requirements
- Sourcing suitable external training providers
- Contacting at least three suppliers per requirement to obtain quotes
- Coordinating training delivery within set deadlines
- Maintaining accurate records and reports of all activity
- Monitoring training budget: £175k
- Working through an existing schedule of training needs with fixed deadlines
