Technical Property Manager

Location: Ipswich

Salary: DOE £32,000 – £40,000 per year (plus excellent benefits)

We’re working with a leading organisation to recruit a Technical Property Manager to join their dynamic Property Management team.

This is a client-facing role where you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of properties, delivering expert advice on maintenance obligations, statutory compliance, and capital projects.

You’ll take ownership of compliance audits, asbestos surveys, and condition reviews, ensuring buildings remain compliant, efficient, and well maintained. You’ll also guide clients on workplace solutions, project feasibility, and long-term energy efficiency strategies.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in property or facilities management
• Technical knowledge of building fabric and M&E systems
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of compliance, including asbestos and legionella management
• NVQ Level 4 or similar qualifications (desirable)
