Job Information: We are looking to recruit 8 agency Occupational Therapists for 6 months focused on the proactive undertaking of reviews and assessments across the Directorate. This would also support our preparation for the CQC assessment as supported by CLT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing safe and timely delivery of front-line occupational therapy services within the directorate
- Supporting with triage and reducing duplication between health and social care to reduce OT waiting lists
- Supporting external care providers to ensure correct and safe moving and handling tasks
- Completing reviews of care packages to ensure best value of services for ASC and best use of available equipment
- Reviewing double handed care packages
- Mutual aid to other OT areas as required
- Provide safe and timely delivery of OT assessments and reviews across the directorate
